Diagnostic laparoscopy is useful in demonstrating tubal patency, tubo- ovarian relation, pelvic adhesions, peritoneal diseases, endometriosis and fibroids. Operative Laparoscopy for fibroids, endometriosis, adhesiolysis, benign ovarian cysts and fallopian tube recanalisation.
